Please join me in congratulating Cooper Puckett on becoming Oologah High School's 18th Oklahoma Academic All-Stater. To be nominated for this award a high school senior must have at least a 30 on his/her ACT. Only 100 are chosen each year to be an Academic All-Stater. They are considered on the basis of academic achievement, leadership, and community service.
