OTPS is offering sports physicals in the OHS gym on May 9th from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. These physicals are offered for students in 6th-12th grade. The cost is $25, payable by cash or check made out to Oologah Athletics.
AN UPDATED PHYSICAL IS REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS WHO WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN ANY OSSAA SPORT OR BAND.
The Physical Form is available on our website under the "Athletics" tab. You can also get a copy in the High School and Middle School offices.
