Our school nurse is here to help keep students healthy, safe, and ready to learn. From managing daily health needs to responding to emergencies, the nurse plays a vital role in supporting the well-being of every child.
First aid and emergency care
Medication administration (with proper documentation)
Health screenings (vision, hearing, etc.)
Management of chronic conditions (such as asthma, diabetes, allergies)
Monitoring and reporting of illness trends
Guidance on immunization requirements
Health education and wellness support
Students may visit the nurse if they’re feeling ill, need to take prescribed medication, or require care for injuries or chronic health needs. Parents are encouraged to notify the nurse of any medical conditions that may impact their child during the school day.
