Fair Labor Standards Act

The Oologah-Talala Board of Education will comply fully with the Fair Labor Standards Act, its regulations, and relevant court decisions. This district will inform employees of the Act through proper posting of information as disseminated by the U.S. Department of Labor. The district will cooperate with all state agencies and maintain compliance.

The superintendent is directed to prepare a regulation supporting this policy and implementing the provisions ofthe Fair Labor Standards Act subject to approval of this board.
