In response to your letter dated ___________________ requesting information concerning the Hatch Act amendment, I submit the following:

Having reviewed your letter, and with input from the district's attorney, we have concluded that the Hatch Act amendment allows for parental inspection of those instructional materials which will be used in connection with any survey, analysis, or evaluation as part of any school program or curriculum. A policy has been approved by the Oologah-Talala Board of Education that clarifies the district's position on this matter.
